Course structure

This course is relevant for directors, senior executives, founders and management who want to develop a fundamental understanding of the high-level concepts and principles for effective strategic sales. This is namely where the sales cycle is medium-long, the purchasing team is larger, the process is complex or the transaction value is significant.
