Event description

As a follow-up to our initial workshop on 8th May, where we showcased the power of GenAI when combined with Decision Intelligence Platforms, we are now offering a series of 3 mini-workshops (2 hours each) where you can learn how to use different GPTs to:

  • Workshop #1 (26th August): How to better understand how your company, your competitors or your clients MAKE MONEY TODAY --> McKinsey & Co. asks: How do we make money today?

  • Workshop #2 (16th September): How to create FUTURE SCENARIOS that are laser-focused on understanding how the way your company, your competitor or your customer makes money might change --> McKinsey & Co. asks: What futures do we need to plan for?

  • Workshop #3 (14th October): How to create better STRATEGIC OPTIONS through analogies, trade-offs and anomalies --> McKinsey & Co. asks: What are potential pathways?

Dr. Roger Moser and Shresth Anand from the Innovation, Strategy & Entrepreneurship Research Centre at Macquarie Business School are sharing their real-life experiences from working with corporate clients and startups on the (un)successful leverage of customised GPTs for strategic work.

This workshop is co-organised with the support of the Macquarie Minds & Intelligences Initiative, which also focuses on new forms of Decision Intelligence and the rise of the Decision-Dominant Logic.

If you want to do "Strategy to the power of GenAI", join us for one or all three workshops between August and October 2025.
