Join the Humanitarian Changemakers Network’s Tiyana J for a 5 Day Video Challenge to turn your vision for change into an actionable strategy for impact.
Day 1: Your vision for the future: Get clear on your long-term vision and translate your vision into tangible goals and objectives.
Day 2: Refine your theory of change: Dive into the core components of a theory of change, refining your understanding of how change happens and identifying the assumptions, inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, and impact of your initiatives.
Day 3: Draft Your Strategy: Building on the insights from Day 2, you’ll develop a strategic plan that aligns with your vision and theory of change. You will define actionable steps, tactics, and objectives to measure success.
Day 4: Fill your changemaking toolkit: This day will focus on equipping you with the tools needed to execute your strategy and drive transformative change.
Day 5: Put it all together in your project management tool: The final day will give you a project management template in Notion to create your project plan that can be used to set milestones, track progress, collaborate with others, share resources. Participants will also get the chance to ask questions in the BONUS live Q&A
