Strawbfest 2025

The Chevallum State School Parents & Citizens Association (P&C) is thrilled to announce the return of StrawbFest 2025! This vibrant, community-focused event will be held on Friday, 12th September 2025 from 5pm till late at Chevallum State School.

StrawbFest is a beloved bi-annual tradition that has been a key event on the Sunshine Coast for over 38 years. Hosted at Chevallum State School, it attracts thousands of people from across the region, bringing the community together for a night of fun, entertainment, and delicious food.

Strawbfest celebrates the strawberry as an icon of Chevallum State School community and is proudly supported by the Queensland Strawberry Growers Association. Strawbfest is entirely run by school volunteers who work collaboratively with local farmers and businesses to raise funds and promote community involvement.  These funds also go toward helping Chevallum State School children get further access to a wide range of educational programs and opportunities.
