This class offers an introduction to street art and freehand spray painting techniques, led by Brazilian's international multiartist Davidson Lopes, well known as Bula.

Class Content

The workshop will start with a talk by your instructor and a street art demonstration where they will cover a variety of different spray can skills to get you started on your spray painting journey.

Participants will be involved in a series of practice activities where you will try out different techniques, then participants will return to the classroom for a short drawing session and finally with your design prepared, we will head back outside to collectively paint it with spray onto a large MDF panel (3600 x 1200 mm).

The panel is used as a surface for workshops and is part of the Buletta Studio, so be sure to take lots of pictures.

Who is it for

Anyone looking to develop their can control and learn spray painting techniques for street art and muralism. Minimum age 12 years

Possible restrictions

Aerosol paints can trigger asthma and other respiratory conditions, if you have these conditions, this workshop may not be for you.

Minimum of 2 and Maximum of 10 people in the class.

What Do I Bring?

Feel free to bring your own material if you'd like more colour variety

(you can find cans at officeworks).

Come with comfortable and appropriate clothing for a painting class.

$120 per person
