The YWCA of Hamilton has joined with Sarah from Mind Set Self Defence (formerly known as SAFE) to host another awesome Street Smart Self Defence workshop. (Check out MindSet's website for testimonials and more details!)

This workshop will start at 7pm and run for two hours with drinks and snacks provided - ending at 9pm. (Please note this workshop is only appropriate for girls 13 years and older as topics that are discussed in the workshop may be upsetting.) This event will be held in the YWCA Gym Hall!

Parking is first-come-first-serve and is available both out the front and back of the main YWCA historical building, with some overflow parking available in front of our gym venue and on the street. Please be aware that we are right next to the YMCA, and that it's easy to get our parking/venues mixed up - we're the older building with the purple sign out front! If you're not sure where to go, please approach the Hostel building and they will point you in the right direction. :)
