Strength for Life Accreditation Workshop

Are you a registered physio, exercise physiologist or personal trainer in the ACT looking to teach Strength for Life for seniors?

Join us for a Strength for Life accreditation training workshop!

This workshop is designed for qualified and registered physios, exercise physiologists, and personal trainers with small group training experience who want to add the SFL program to their business or work for one of our existing providers. The workshop will cover everything you need to know to deliver the SFL program to older adults, and will include both in-person and online modules.
