WOMENS ONLY
Entering the gym can be daunting. What attire is appropriate? What exercises do I need to choose? How to program a gym session? What is proper form?
Don't worry, we got you! Learn the basics of weight training with a group of supportive women.
Kaur Sports x USYD Sikh Society x Snap Fitness will ensure a safe and supportive environment for you to learn about why muscles and strength are important for longevity and quality of life.
We will go over:
The basic exercises you should do as a beginner in the gym,
How to use common machines in the gym,
Answer any questions you might have,
And we'll finish off with circuit to get your heart pumping!
What to wear/bring:
Clothes that are stretchy, breathable, and comfortable to move in
Closed toe shoes (relatively flat soles)
Water bottle
Small hand towel
Girls under 18 years old must attend with a parent/guardian.
