Strengthening Conversations - Cowra

Strong teams are built on strong conversations.

Strengthening Conversations is a practical session for tradies, teams, farmers and workplaces across Cowra, built around the everyday conversations that keep people connected, both on the tools and off them.

Over two hours, you will:

• Build trust, communication and stronger teams

• Practice having difficult conversations before small issues become big ones

• Learn how to encourage workers and team mates to look out for one another

• Walk away with practical tools you can use with your team, at home, at work and in the community

The session is facilitated by Lewis Bird of The Amend Project, and delivered by RDA Central West in partnership with Rabobank.
