Event description

Learn about a plant-based diet, cortisol levels, hormones, mineral imbalances, creating body harmony. Working with herbs and essential oils, make and take home remedies that support physical, emotional and mental health and wellbeing. Remedies include Pat’s Famous Elixir, Women's Balancing Cream, Relaxing Tea, St John’s Wort & Valerian capsules. 

Workshop includes a walk around Kawalang, identifying and picking special plants; morning, afternoon tea & lunch made with food grown organically at Kawalang; lots of take-home samples with ingredients made during workshops; connection with friends, neighbours, new friends.
