Six decades ago, Psychologist, Don Clifton, noticed that all of the research published on psychology was focussed on what was wrong with people.

So he started asking “what would happen if we studied what was right with people?”

After studying 1.7million people from 48 different countries he created an assessment framework called Clifton Strengths.

Today, his pioneering research into the world of positive and strengths psychology has allowed 34 million people to transform the way they approach their career, relationships and life.

The Clifton Strengths framework is shared with corporate teams and high performing individuals in workshops run by Certified Clifton Strengths Coaches like Ash.

It's an extra special Strengths Workshop set in a Currumbin Tree House overlooking the beautiful Currumbin Valley.

The workshop will begin with a 30minute Yin Yoga Class hosted by the lovely Lauren, resident Yoga Teacher from the award winning Eden Health Retreat.

Followed by a 2.5 hour Strengths Discovery Workshop facilitated by Clifton Strengths Coach Ash. You will come away with a clear understanding of your unique strengths and how to lean into them to enhance your life, career and relationships.

Personalised Strengths Assessment
- Before the in person workshop you will be given access to a 40 minute online assessment to determine your unique strengths.

Customised Strengths Report
- After completing the online assessment you will receive a customised report detailing your strengths. The report will include actionable insights and suggested ways to maximise your top 10 strengths to achieve greater success in your personal and professional life.

In Person Workshop
- A half-day in person workshop hosted by Ash & Lauren in a beautiful Currumbin Tree House. An experience designed to help you name and celebrate your strengths while connecting with likeminded individuals. You’ll spend the morning reflecting on how your strengths show up in your life, career and relationships + making action plans to maximise them.

Online Learning Portal
- You will also receive access to an online learning portal packed with additional insights and digital copies of your strengths reports.This learning portal is constantly updated with new resources, videos and actionable insights.

30 Minute Yin Yoga Class
- The perfect way to calm your body and mind before the workshop begins.

Morning Tea
- Delicious Cake, Tea and Coffee will be served for morning tea.
