Immerse in the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda to return to a state of balance and equip yourself with tools to manage the effects of stress and anxiety, naturally.
During the 3 hour workshop you can expect:
Learn about the nervous system and the impact and wisdom of stress and anxiety on body, mind emotion and spirit.
Undertake Yoga practices that target the lower chakras and the down ward flowing energy to cultivate calm and grounding.
Ayurvedic theory informing therapeutic yoga for Vata Dosha, Apana Vayu, Earth element and Water element.
Asana Pranayama, bandha, mudra, mantra, yantra, meditation.
Undertake Ayurvedic practices that target the nervous system in overcoming Vata Dosha.
Ayurvedic Moon Milk with Ashwaghanda*
Abhyanga (warm oil self massage)
Dinacharya (morning and evening habits)
Journalling and reflection time to create your own Mental Health Tool Kit within your take-home activity book.
