    Join us for an educational morning with Reset Workplace Psychologist, Maddison Bracey and Founder Ash Cam. 

    A workshop designed for people with busy minds and busy lives. 

    While we sipping on cups of herbal tea we will discuss: 

    • What stress actually is.  
    • The science behind how and why our minds react to stress.
    • What is burnout. 
    • How to spot burnout warning signs in yourself and others.
    • How to care for yourself if you are experiencing stress or burnout. 
    • Simple things we can do to reduce the impact of stress in our lives. 

    Hosted at Peaches Pilates, Burleigh, you’re going to come away feeling empowered with new knowledge and simple strategies to start implementing in your daily life.

    • Pillow (optional, however, we'll be sitting on yoga mats for the hour)
