    Join the dynamic duo sisters, Vanessa and Carla Tarfon, for a special collaborative information session on Stress, Anxiety and Sensuality for Women's Health Week.

    Vanessa, a qualified Sex Therapist and founder of Authentic Awareness, will explain how stress and anxiety can impact your sex life and how to bring out your bedtime best self!

    Carla, a qualified Yoga Therapist and founder of Yoga Realm, will guide you through a simple 15-minute stress release practice!

    Stress and anxiety are at all-time high levels in society, thanks to the pandemic and lockdowns adding to already stressful modern day living. Knowledge is power and with information on the realities of sex and some simple practices, you can reduce the impact of stress and anxiety on your sensual self, and also in your life. 

    What to Bring:

    • Pen and paper if you wish to take any notes of tips and tricks
    • Enough space to do some simple standing and sitting movements
    • Open mind and enthusiasm!
