Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or just a bit out of sorts? Discover calm inner-strength with our new nine-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course. Designed specifically for men, this course offers a supportive and confidential space to explore mindfulness techniques.
Research shows that mindfulness practices can significantly improve mental health outcomes, particularly in treating depression and anxiety, with numerous studies supporting its effectiveness.
Over nine weeks, you will learn practical tools to help you:
find better ways to deal with pressure and worry;
build a firm foundation of calm, inner-strength.
clear your head and stay focussed;
bounce back faster from setbacks; and
improve your communication with the people who matter.
Cost: Pay what you can
As a special introductory offer to our forthcoming programme of groups, courses and therapy for men, we're offering this course on a donation basis. The typical cost of a similar Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course in the UK ranges from £179 to over £600, with most courses falling between £200 and £300.
Future courses will offered on a paid-for basis with some subsidised bursary places for those who are unwaged or on a low income.
