This 8-Week Mindfulness & Resilience Program is designed specifically for carers, offering science-backed techniques to:
Find practical tools to manage stress and daily challenges.
Build emotional strength to cope better with caregiving.
Improve focus and think more clearly, even on busy days.

Facilitator: Dr Olga-Lucia Gamboa-Arana is a cognitive neuroscientist and psychotherapist with over 25 years of research experience. She specialises in mindfulness-based approaches for stress, pain management and mental wellbeing. Her academic work explores intentional forgetting and the neuroscience of mindfulness. She is the founder of EQness, a place dedicated to psychotherapy, wellbeing, and human performance.
