Stress Reduction Skills Course for Students and Professionals
Event description
Online Course on Thursday 3rd July 7.45 pm - 9.30 pm, PLUS an optional 15 minutes until 9.45 pm, to learn Shirley's tried and tested Study Skills tool, including her Error Tracking mechanism.
There are two sessions:
Session 1: This is a one hour, 45 minute session for all high school students, and professionals, to gain a life skill to manage stress and burnout.
For students, this toolbox can be used immediately for the upcoming assessments, throughout their school year and beyond. We welcome adult learners too, as these skills are useful in both the workplace and at home.
This course has been taught to teachers internationally, and this is your unique opportunity to learn directly from the Teacher of Teachers.
Session 2: Immediately following the first session, Shirley will teach her Error Tracking mechanism, and you will leave with a template to design your own study/work timetables and track their errors.
You may attend session 1 or both sessions.
