We live in dramatically changing times.

Here at Riverdell we’ve been working on strategies to navigate some of the immense paradoxes, pressures and challenges of our times. We’ve come up with a few ideas that work for us, and we’d like to share them with you.

Join us for one evening and two days to share the blessing of community, the comfort of understanding and a real reconnection with personal mission, as well as your own clear, unique set of possibilities to enhance your life experience.

Aims of the workshop:

Building a community of practice to turn stress into strength
Cultivating resilience and self trust
Practical tools for ongoing stress management

Our training draws on indigenous wisdoms and ancient spiritual teachings as well as cutting edge research into social, psychological and community development. It focuses on individual experiential inputs empowering you, the participant, to custom design your own outcomes because each of us is amazing and together, we are awesome!

Your facilitators bring a wealth of experience and diverse perspectives.

Justin Martin is a certified teacher in Meditation and Mindfulness, bringing over ten years of meditation practice to his work. Discovering the personal benefits of meditation, he is keen on introducing these practices to others interested in learning. Justin’s curiosity about life and the universe has guided him to deepen his understanding of the human experience. This led him to join the team at Riverdell in 2016. At the Riverdell Spiritual Centre, Justin works as the business manager. He’s also a husband and father to two children and hosts Riverdell’s Podcast, “Conversations and Meditations,” sharing insights on mindfulness and everyday living.

Rev Berry Behr is an Interfaith / Inter-spiritual minister currently serving as Global Interfaith Ambassador for the Emissaries of Divine Light, for whom she co-ordinates multifaith, multicultural, peace-building events aimed at promoting an inclusive society based on understanding, compassion, and respect. She also serves on the Faculty of All Paths Divinity School, an online interfaith seminary based in California and is an international presenter and facilitator. Berry brings three decades of experience in diverse healing modalities including Neuro Linguistic Programming, Reiki and Metaphysical Healing.Rev Berry is inspired by endless expressions of Life in the ever-unfolding tapestry of Creation and is always curious to learn more on the path towards a full experience of Beloved Community.

We start on Wednesday 4 September at 4pm and will enjoy two full days together on Thursday 5th and Friday 6th. We’ll be serving lunch on Thursday and Friday and will offer light morning and afternoon refreshments to make sure you are well nourished and supported in your pilgrimage with us. Accommodation is available on request – limited availability so please do book early if this is your choice.
