Stretch, Flow & Breathe in the Nature 🌿✨

Come and join me to start your Sunday morning with a soulful experience of movement, breath, and connection. This outdoor session blends gentle stretching, flowing movement, and mindful breathing to awaken the body, calm the mind, and restore balance.

Guided by the rhythm of nature, we will move with intention, embracing the elements around us to enhance our sense of grounding, expansion, and vitality. Whether you're looking to release tension, cultivate presence, or simply enjoy a deep breath under the open sky, this practice is designed to nourish your body and uplift your spirit.

Pay 1 for 2 people, come and bring a friend! We will share some time together at the end with a delicious snack!
