JOIN US with friends for a lovely morning of beginner Yoga with Ashley Braam.

Gardening is a physical job, so learning to give back to our body through Yoga & stretching will help our well-being.

Followed by a coffee at

Please bring a yoga mat and block, water bottle- wear comfortable clothes

Yoga is free- but you MUST get a ticket( LIMITED SPACES) or $10 includes Coffee & Bliss Ball after the Yoga Session
