Event description

Stretch and Release is an adaptive, trauma-informed yoga program, in partnership with collective being.

During this lockdown, we'd like to offer you FREE online classes with Anu (they/them), to give you an opportunity to stretch, release & unwind during a time of stress and uncertainty. 

Stretch and Release is inclusive of all bodies, genders and ages, and adaptable to meet individual needs, including mobility and pain management. No flexibility or prior experience is required!

Please note: Classes will be held over Zoom. 

Wednesday 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th September

Wednesday 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th October
