Event description
Stretch and Release is an adaptive, trauma-informed yoga program, in partnership with collective being, facilitated by Anu (they/them).
The program aims to cultivate a safer relationship to your body in an appropriate way for people living with mobility limitations, chronic illness, disabilities and mental health conditions.
Stretch and Release is inclusive of all bodies, genders and ages, and adaptable to meet individual needs, including mobility and pain management. No flexibility or prior experience is required!
Please note: Classes will be held over Zoom on Wednesday nights from 6.30-7.30pm.
