Pilates Stretch & Immersive Sound Bath

End your week on a blissful note with a special candlelit evening dedicated to slowing down, releasing tension and reconnecting with yourself.
We’ll begin with a 30-minute gentle Pilates-inspired stretch class, designed to ease tension, improve mobility and help your body unwind.
Then, settle in, close your eyes and surrender to the soothing sounds and vibrations of a live immersive sound bath. Allow yourself to switch off, calm your nervous system and melt away the stresses of the week, leaving you feeling relaxed, restored and ready for the weekend ahead.
An intimate event, set in the upstairs studio at Thornbury Apothecary. This is your invitation to pause, recharge and enjoy a little time just for you.

- Is this a women's only event?
Yes- our events are all Women Only to create a comfortable space to step away from your everyday life and responsibilities and connect with other like minded local ladies.
- Is there a minimum age to attend?
We ask that all attendees are 16+
- What do I need to bring?
Simply dress in comfortable clothes and come as you are!
All mats and props are included.
- Do I need Pilates experience?
Absolutely not! All our events are designed with no prior experience required. This movement class will focus on stretch, mobility and releasing tension using a band to help aid stretching.
- I can't attend the event anymore, do you provide refunds?
Unfortunately no refunds will be issued due to the small number of attendees and event costs needing to be covered. However you are welcome to send someone else along in your place.
