Re-connect with your body 

Our bodies consistently hold tension which we need to release. Stretching is a relaxing and easy way to do just that. Katarina will guide you through a full-body strength and stretch session to help refresh after these last few long months. Come away from the session with new ideas on how to stretch throughout the day and keep your body away from study strain.

Facilitated by Katarina Pederick

Katarina (Kat) has been been dancing for 16 years, cheerleading for 10 and coaching for 6 years. She is as limber as they come and can even touch her toes to her head! Kat believes everyone can benefit from exercise and stretching and anyone can do it!


Workshop Requirements:

Loose clothing, space to move and a yoga mat (optional)
