Slow down and enjoy the middle of Summer! Kati Black guides a slow paced yoga class and Heather Chaney teaches us some stretches for our fascia. Heather will also have 5-15 minute chair massage appointments available; sign up upon arrival, first come, first served. After class enjoy a full hot brunch and a mimosa. Beer and wine also available. I hope you join me and enjoy this self care Sunday Brunch! Free parking in the lot next to the building.
