Do the impacts of the coronavirus outbreak, physical distancing and isolation have you feeling anxious, stressed and worried? Or is this lockdown the perfect time for you to start taking time for your body you normally don't fit into your day.

Look after your mental wellbeing and stretch out that body as we tackle these challenges together.


My dance studio had to shut down for these restrictions and this pandemic has already taken so much from our industry and I'm watching so many other small businesses also affected so I have decided to keep the payment as a donations, you can decide what you can afford to pay for this class.

For the Sydney lock-down I'll be hosting two stretch sessions a day on zoom, the sessions are just a guided stretch to music so you can follow a long at your own level to match your flexibility. No experience needed.

My focus is on breathing, relaxing and working the muscles to aim for a full body melting glow after 40 minutes. Giving the mind and body a warm hug of thanks for all it does for us each day.

As these sessions are on zoom they are perfect to do from the comfort of your own living/lounge area.  What you will need:

-Have a mat or soft flooring available for stretch and ample room to move about

- Connection to Zoom/Wifi
