String Soiree 2025

The String Spectacular grows more spectacular with each passing year. The annual celebration of all things strings now features works commissioned specially for the concert, mass gatherings of string players on stage and a wide cross-section of ages, skill levels and backgrounds.

Come along to see just exactly what ORC Head of Strings, Stephanie Li, has in store for the 2025 edition. The String Soiree will feature all of our string ensembles; Beginner Strings Classes, Junior String Ensemble, Intermediate String Ensemble, ConChords, and Lightly Strung. You will also see a performance by some members of the string staff, and for the finale, all of the ensembles will come together to play 'Ear-igami' by Richard Meyer. The String Soiree will be a fantastic event that showcases all of the incredible talent we have here at the Conservatorium.
