STRIVE to Thrive is the largest independent short-term rental conference in Australia and New Zealand. We started STRIVE in 2023 with a simple idea: get the top property managers and companies together in one room to talk openly about challenges, opportunities, and the future of the industry.

Will there be presentations or speakers?
No. This is a casual meetup with no stage and no panels. The focus is on conversations, collaboration, and relationship building.

Yes. STRIVE is the largest independent short-term rental conference in Australia and New Zealand. This Bali gathering follows the same spirit — bringing top operators together — and marks the first step towards STRIVE Indonesia 2026.

How do I register?
Registration is online via Humanitix. Tickets are strictly limited, and once sold out, there will be no additional release.

Does an RSVP guarantee attendance?
RSVPs are essential, but capacity is limited. We are prioritising business owners and doing our best to make space for everyone. If we cannot accommodate you this time, we will be in touch directly. Please do RSVP, as it is the only way to be considered for attendance.

Will there be a bar tab?
Yes. We will be putting on a bar tab at the venue so you can enjoy a few drinks on us. Depending on the final venue, the tab may be limited — so arrive early to make the most of it.
