SESSION: EXPAND

This session is a consciousness-expanding journey designed to take the listener beyond the physical realm and into a state of oneness with the universe. Following a full journey protocol, the session begins at 5 Hz in the theta range, ascends to 40 Hz in the gamma range to promote heightened awareness and expanded perception, descends back to 5 Hz for deep integration, and concludes at 10 Hz to maintain a balanced, centred state.
