Terrigal's Esplanade, one afternoon, nine venues, and a cocktail in every one of them.
Stroll The Esplanade is a self-guided cocktail trail along Terrigal's beachfront strip. You pick your starting venue when you book, arrive to a snack made just for the trail, and then wander at your own pace, three Soul Vodka cocktails across three different venues, each one created exclusively for the day by that venue's own bar team.
No set route. No schedule to keep. Just the strip, the ocean, and a very good reason to take the long way home.
HOW IT WORKS
Choose your starting venue when you book. That's where you begin, and where your snack is waiting.
Arrive from 4pm, collect your tokens and your trail map.
Redeem three cocktails at three participating venues, in any order you like.
Final redemption is 7pm. Where the night goes after that is up to you.
THE VENUES & THEIR COCKTAILS
Every venue has built its own signature Soul Vodka serve. No two are the same.
Lost Souls Bar — Heart Breaker: Soul Vodka, pavlova vodka, lime.
Snack: corn chips and hummus.
Hungry Wolf's Terrigal — Il Diavolo: Soul Vodka, pineapple, fermented hot honey, triple sec, lime.
Snack: mini cicchetti, bruschetta and olives.
Senor Habibi's — Pembe Nar: Soul Vodka, pomegranate, fennel syrup and lemon.
Snack: mini meze plate, trio of dips and pide.
Que Sera Terrigal — Elderflower Caprioska: Soul Vodka, St Germain, lime.
Snack: baccalà croquette.
Amarilla — Flor de Jamaica: Soul Vodka, fino sherry, hibiscus-infused PX sherry, lemon and a touch of sweetness.
Snack: patatas fritas with truffle, manchego and guindilla.
Coral Grill & Seafood — Soul Vodka Martini: with lychee, apricot and kaffir lime.
Snack: roast mushroom parfait, toasted brioche, pickled onions.
Mumbo Jumbos — Beyoncé's Favourite: Soul Vodka, Alizé, watermelon and mint.
Snack: jerk chicken taco and jerk chicken wings.
Pocket Bar — Soul'd Out: Soul Vodka, lychee syrup, falernum and fresh lemon juice.
Snack: mushroom arancini.
Meribella — Sunset Martini: Soul Vodka, Chinola passionfruit liqueur, mango purée, fresh lime and cranberry, shaken with aquafaba for a silky finish.
Snack: brisket croquettes with smoked aioli, pickled chilli and fresh herbs.
THE DETAILS
Trail opens 4pm. Final cocktail redemption 7pm.
Includes a snack at your starting venue and three cocktails across three venues.
Strictly limited tickets. Starting venues have individual capacities and will sell out at different rates.
18+. Valid photo ID required at every venue. All venues serve responsibly and reserve the right to refuse service in line with NSW liquor laws.
Tickets are non-refundable. The trail runs rain, hail or shine — this is Terrigal, dress accordingly.
