    Event description

    Grow strength, flexibility, and resilience in our bodies by increasing our range of movement. 

    As we age falls and injuries that cause damage to our bodies can become a long-term issue, but it doesn't have to be that way. 

    Learn a selection of movements that can help us to maximise our mobility and cope with the ups and downs of daily life.

    Bookings are essential, minimum of 5 to run workshop.
