Strong Band Launch Mobility Party!

We’re officially launching Strong Band – and we’re kicking it off with a feel-good, pre-City2Surf celebration on Bondi Beach! 🌊
Our theme? #BandTogether 💪🏼
Because strength is better shared. We want to encourage people to inspire – or be inspired by – someone they care about to move, feel good, and grow stronger together. Bring a friend, a parent, your partner – anyone you’d love to band together with on a Saturday morning!
Here’s what’s happening:
🗓️ When: Saturday 9 August, 9:30–11:00 AM
📍 Where: Bondi Beach (exact spot TBC – we’ll email it closer to the day)
🤸♀️ What: A 40 min stretch & mobility session using Strong Band (designed specifically to gently prep your body and mind ahead of City2Surf!), followed by:
🥤 Kombucha ‘bubbly’
🍪 Snacks
🎁 Raffle prizes (and maybe goodie bags too!) from awesome local brands
👯♂️ Wholesome fun all round
It's completely free to join – just bring yourself, an exercise mat and someone you love 💕
