STRONG Pilates x Bowl and Arrow


Event description

For September we're collaborating with Strong The Bays to bring you Burn and Bowl and we couldn't be more excited. 

STRONG MINDS, BODIES, FRIENDSHIPS, AND BEATS.

There’s the kind of strong that starts on the inside and shines through to the outside. That gets up before the second alarm and gets down to get more.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

More sweat.
More full body workout.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

3 x STRENGTH blocks. 

Upper Body, Lower Body and Core. 

Each strength block is followed by 5-minutes of interval rowing, giving you a full BODY workout that’s low-impact & high-intensity.

Class Details: 

Location: STRONG Pilates is located on the 2nd floor. Enter glass doors next to Huddle turn right and go up the stairs. 

Time and Date: 10:30am Saturday 7th of September. 

Ticket includes: Full body workout class (usually $40) plus a smoothie bowl!

Please bring a water bottle, grip socks (if you don't have any grip socks we sell them in studio for $20 per pair) towel and wear your activewear.
