Strong, Safe & Injury-Free – Fitness Tips & Arvo Tea for Mums of All Ages
Event description
We know you want to feel strong, confident, and capable again – the kind of mum who can enjoy moving her body without worrying about setbacks or old injuries flaring up. But if you’ve been caught in the cycle of “every time I try to get fit, I end up sore or re-injured,” you’re not alone – and Wellness on Wellington is here to help you find a better way.
Dr Max and Dr Tessa from Wellness on Wellington (Women’s & Family Health Chiropractors) have helped countless mums just like you rebuild their fitness safely and with confidence. With years of experience in understanding how the body changes – both after having children and over time – they’ll guide you with simple tips and practical strategies to better understand your biomechanics and enjoy fitness that works with your body, not against it.
What you’ll leave with:
Clarity on why injuries may be holding you back
Gentle and safe approaches to get your fitness journey back on track
Confidence that you can move again without fear
A chance to connect with other local ladies and families in the area
To make it even better, there will be light afternoon tea, snacks, and drinks provided – so you can relax, chat, and meet other mums in a warm and welcoming space.
So, join us for this empowering and family-friendly session – so you can stop feeling unsure about where to start and instead leave with the knowledge, tools, and connections to enjoy moving your body again.
This is a FREE event, just register here so we know who to expect and can look out for you.
You'll see the SMC sign out the front on the main road entrance, and Talia will be there in my pink shirt to meet you.

I'm confident you'll enjoy the Social Mums Club Experience.
Here's what we do to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible at Social Mums Club Events…
- We tend to keep our events small - so you don't have to walk into a big group
- We have really clear signage, and the host wears a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot us - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group
- Our events are never cliquey - the ladies at the event are usually meeting for the very first time, so you will not be the only person who doesn't know anyone
- You can come early - we know the hardest part about turning up to an event is walking in. We invite anyone who is anxious to reach out to the host and turn up 15 minutes early so you are the first one there. You can sit next to the host too.
- We ensure you feel included - another fear is that nobody will talk to you or you'll feel awkward or different. Our hosts are experts at making every attendee feel welcome and included. You will feel at ease with us.
