STRONG. SAFE. SUPPORTED. is a three-hour women’s event designed to help you feel stronger in your body, more confident in yourself, and deeply supported. Whether you’ve been feeling burnt out, constantly “on”, carrying tension in your body, or you simply want to feel more confident in your ability to stand your ground — this morning is for you.

🥊 EMPOWER — Self-Defence with Josh Learn practical, easy-to-understand self-defence skills designed to build confidence, awareness and help you feel safer and more capable in your body. No previous experience or fitness level required.

🧘‍♀️ GROUND — Movement with Zoe After self-defence, we’ll slow things down. Through gentle yoga-inspired movement and stretching, you’ll release tension, reconnect with your body and give your nervous system a chance to settle. No flexibility required. No perfect poses. Just movement that feels good.

✨ RESTORE — Sound Healing with Rachael Then there’s nothing left for you to do. Lie down, get comfortable and allow yourself to completely switch off during a deeply relaxing sound journey designed to help you slow down, soften and unwind.

We’ll finish the morning together with light refreshments, snacks and time to connect. Come on your own or bring a friend. All levels welcome. No experience needed. Just you. Three hours to feel strong. Three hours to learn something that could stay with you for life. Three hours where nobody needs anything from you.

Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We’ll be active for the first part of the morning before slowing everything down for movement and sound.
