Our facilitator, Rachel Titley is a fourth-generation farmer from Sherlock in the Murray Mallee. Now working off-farm as a consultant, speaker, and facilitator, the heart of Rachel’s work lies in purposeful leadership and wellbeing, particularly within rural and regional settings.

Rachel is the founder of SheFarmer, a platform designed to empower ambitious rural women to ‘build and scale business, life and the blur in-between’ through evidence-based business coaching, high-impact workshops, strategic communication, and real-world resilience tools. SheFarmer hosts monthly ‘Sisterhood’ gatherings in Adelaide and proudly anchors its community work in the annual United Nations ‘International Day of Rural Women (Adelaide)’ on the second Friday in October, an event Rachel curates and manages, now recognised as South Australia’s largest celebration of its kind.

Rachel’s expertise spans community activation, strategic narrative development, and high-level stakeholder engagement across Australia's agricultural, regional, and policymaking sectors. She is passionate about reframing the rural experience to drive systemic change and foster stronger, healthier, and more connected communities.

Rachel is a:

·       2025 Fearless Innovator Award Finalist

·       2025 Telstra Best of Business Awards Finalist (Accelerating Women & Building Communities)

·       2025 Joy Noble Medal Nominee (SA & NT Volunteer of the Year)

·       2025 Champion Small Business Award Finalist (Business Coach)

·       2023–2025 Rural Community Leader (SA) Australian Farmer of the Year Awards

Through every facet of her work, Rachel champions integrity, innovation, and the transformative power of collective leadership and to shaping a thriving, equitable, and resilient future for rural and regional people.
