Think being on a Management Committee is all tea, biscuits and cutting ribbons? Think again. This fun and informative workshop peels back the curtain on what it really means to sit on a Board or Committee—because there's more to it than just turning up and nodding at the right time.

We'll dive into the legal duties you must know, the practical responsibilities that keep things ticking, and what’s actually expected of Presidents, Secretaries and Treasurers (spoiler alert: it’s more than just holding the title). Whether you’re a seasoned office-bearer or freshly roped in at the last AGM, you’ll leave this session clearer, more confident, and with a few good laughs along the way.
