Stronger on Court
Description
Stronger on Court
Pickleball is social, enjoyable and accessible, but its short bursts of movement, quick changes of direction, reaching, bending and low ready position require strength, balance and control.
Whether you’re new to the game or play every week, maintaining strength can help you move confidently, recover between games, manage common aches and pains and stay on the court for years to come.
Join Kieser Bendigo, in partnership with Bendigo Pickleball Club, for a free evening exploring how targeted strength training can:
Build strength and stability.
Improve balance, court movement and confidence.
Reduce the risk of common pickleball injuries.
Support recovery and a safe return to play.
Presented by Blair Scott, Principal Exercise Scientist at Kieser Bendigo, this one-hour session will explain the physical demands of pickleball and how strength training can be safely adapted to your ability, injury history and goals.
Whether you’re managing an old injury, noticing new aches and pains, returning after time away or simply want to keep playing confidently, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what your body needs.
