STRYDE is partnering Habitat Mind Body for a fun morning of mindfulness / meditation and refreshments!
Founded by Anthony, Habitat Mind Body was inspired by his amazing story:
“In 2018, a tsunami and earthquake destroyed my family’s business. The stress was overwhelming—I woke up drenched in cold sweat, lost my appetite, and felt paralyzed by anxiety. Each day was filled with unknowns, but I knew I had to put myself in the best position to face the chaos.
I turned to mindfulness meditation, journaling, and training—these habits that have been my hobbies for over a decade has become a crucial lifeline. These practices transformed me from barely functioning to thriving under pressure. Looking back, that disaster was a turning point. It led me to my true calling: helping others build resilience through functional fitness and mindfulness meditation.
That’s why I created Habitat Mind Body—a space for growth, strength, and clarity. Excited to bring this to the STRYDE community with a mindfulness meditation session!”
