Our student practitioners will provide treatments as part of their practical training, giving you the opportunity to experience the wonderful benefits of reflexology while helping our students develop and refine their hands-on skills.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a relaxing complementary therapy involving gentle-to-firm pressure and specialised techniques applied to reflex areas of the feet. The treatment is designed to encourage relaxation, support a sense of wellbeing and provide time to slow down and unwind.

Your treatment may include:

• Detailed foot assessment and observation

• Relaxing reflexology techniques

• Gentle foot massage and relaxation techniques

• Time to relax, unwind and enjoy some quiet time

• Treatment performed by students under tutor supervision

Whether you are already familiar with reflexology or have never experienced it before, this is a lovely opportunity to take some time for yourself while supporting students in their practical training.
