Concise and complete teachings on the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment.
Dharma Group includes teachings by our venerable lama Geshe Thubten Rabten, a morning meditation and an afternoon discussion/question and answer session with a senior student. The topics are covered in depth by Geshela with superb English translations from our resident translator monk, Venerable Lobsang Dorje.
These teachings are available and appropriate for everyone wishing to practise and learn about life-changing, Buddhist concepts. The teachings are given in an easy-to-understand presentation, often with humour and there is always opportunity for questions.
Dharma Group takes place on a Friday night and day-time Saturday, approximately every other weekend.
