Submit Calendar

Each year The Visualist lists about 5,000 events in the city more than half of which are put in by our artist team.  We not only want to keep running, but we want to capture more, share more, and do even more.  So we need your help in purchasing a day in our upcoming 2025 Calendar. 

This day will be yours alone to advertise any event you want (upcoming or historical), note your birthday, or create a text and date based artist project.

All you have to do is reserve your date through this page.  

Once you do you will get instructions for submitting your information for the calendar:

• You will need text no more than 220 characters with spaces and no breaks
• You will need to provide a name you want credited to the post(space name. Artist name) and address (if applicable), website or social media for the public to find you(one type of contact only)
• Vector image no larger that 1" x 1"

For this generous donation you will receive one daily calendar that is a collection of all participants' events and musings.

You can reserve more than one.
