Subscription pricing best practices - Online workshop

This workshop is recommended for decision-makers wanting to understand how best to determine subscription pricing for their product.

This session addresses the various approaches to subscription pricing, including how to define best-fit pricing models, how to optimise your product portfolio, and will explore techniques to determine the right pricing for your product.

The session will kick off with a 50-minute presentation, followed by a 40-minute Q&A session for you to ask questions specific to your products and innovations.

Presenter Bio:

Jason Carley, Partner in Simon-Kucher & Partners’ Sydney office.
Prior to establishing the Sydney office in 2011, Jason led client engagements in Simon-Kucher’s London and Boston offices. Simon-Kucher is the world’s leading pricing advisory.

Jason has been with the firm for 14 years, has consulting experience across a broad range of sectors, and has supported many software and technology companies with their go-to-market, monetisation and portfolio design strategies. Jason has conducted projects across Europe, USA and Asia, as well as in Australia and New Zealand. He has extensive expertise across pricing, sales and commercial strategy.

He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Design (MEng Hons) from the University of Bristol (UK). He is a visiting lecturer on Pricing and Revenue Management for a number of industry groups and universities, and has had multiple articles published on these topics
