Substack Starter Challenge | Webinar | Beginner
Description
Social media rents you an audience. A newsletter lets you own it.
The Substack Starter Challenge is a five-week live cohort for business owners, coaches, consultants and local experts who have something worth saying and want a dependable way to reach the people who need to hear it.
Over five Monday evenings, you will set up your Substack publication, write and publish your first posts, attract your first subscribers and build a publishing rhythm you can sustain well into the new year.
This is a challenge format. Each week you receive a clear task, an interactive guide showing exactly how to complete it, and a week to get it done. The following Monday, the group checks in, shares results and gets direct feedback before taking on the next challenge.
By the final session you will have a live publication, posts in your subscribers’ inboxes and a full queue scheduled across the Christmas and January break.
What happens each week
Week 1, Monday 16 November: Set up your publication and make a strong first impression
Week 2, Monday 23 November: Write and publish your first post
Week 3, Monday 30 November: Grow your list using Substack’s own tools
Week 4, Monday 7 December: Build a publishing rhythm that fits around running a business
Week 5, Monday 14 December: Read your numbers and explore turning readers into revenue

Places are deliberately limited so every participant receives feedback on their work. Because each session builds on the one before, you must commit to attending all five live sessions. Sessions will not be recorded. Interactive guides are provided for each step so you can complete the weekly challenge in your own time.
If you can make all five Mondays and are ready to do the work between them, reserve your place now.
