For those new to Suburban Vibes, there will be time to chat and mingle throughout the night however, we ask that whilst the artists are playing, you immerse yourself in their music and limit talking and getting up and down. Our crowd loves the intimacy of our shows so please come and listen, connect and enjoy what you don't get to see or hear at your normal music venues.

Pat Tierney

Lap slide guitarist and roots troubadour Pat Tierney brings an eclectic and captivating musical experience to everything he touches. Taking influence from the likes of Bob Dylan, Ben Harper and JJ Cale, Pat's music dances between folk, blues, roots, and soul. A true songwriter and poet, Pat brings an old-school approach with modern tales of love, loss, hope, and social justice.

After releasing his debut album in 2015, Pat has toured relentlessly across the country and abroad, as well as supporting the likes of The Beautiful Girls, Ash Grunwald and good friends Bobby Alu, and more recently, Canadian blues and folk maestro, Harry Manx. Pat has also performed at iconic festivals such as Queenscliff Music Festival (VIC), Caloundra Music Festival (QLD), Blues on Broadbeach (QLD) & The West Australian Guitar Festival (WA), as well as a slew of songwriting accolades along the way including two Queensland Music Award finalist nods in 2023 & 2015, and the 'Folk' Award at the 2017 NCEIA Dolphin Awards (NSW)

Pat's sophomore 2019 album 'Red Moon', also received rave reviews with features on ABC radio, Double J and community radio across the country, as well as clocking close to 2 million streams across the digital streaming platforms since its release. The album also featured songs in QLD Road & Safety advertisements, and the track 'Angels' featured in the recent motorbike and surf documentary, 'Death Rides A Horse.' (Dues Ex Machina)

Pat is currently working on album number three with renowned roots maestro and ARIA award-winning Pauli B (George, The Beautiful Girls Bobby Alu) due for release in early 2024. Brand new single 'When The Light Comes Shining' is OUT NOW. 

Clare Perrott

Clare Perrott is an up and coming 19 year old indie singer songwriter from Perth, Western Australia. She incorporates a strong and fun mixture of all genres ranging from soft blues to indie folk, to deliver meaningful and modern songs. Having major influences from modern artists such as Phoebe Bridges and leigh Ross, Perrott also reflects huge reference to Cat Stevens through her raw story lyricism and intricate guitar work. Vocally Clare is powerfully driven by the 1970’s folk scene of Nick Drake, Paul McCartney and Joni Mitchell, showcasing honesty with a powerful twist. Only fresh on the scene, Perrott is currently working on original music and is currently studying music at Western Australia Academy of performing Arts (WAAPA) 🎶

Whiskey Jack

From the rugged Hills of Perth, Whiskey Jack is a troubadour weaving melodic tales reminiscent of a time long past yet ever-present. Described as an old soul with a smooth sound and timeless vocals, he is a modern-day jolly swagman. 

With a fusion of indie-folk, alt-country, and the echoes of Americana, Whiskey Jack's compositions resonate deeply, capturing the essence of storytelling and poetic introspection. Drawing inspiration from winding trails and untamed vistas, transforming the every day into poignant lyrical metaphors.

As he completes his second EP for release in 2024, Whiskey Jack is excited to continue travelling Western Australia, and beyond, with new music to share 🎶
