One Hour Interactive Workshop, Topic: Exploring Your Strengths & Values

The goal of this workshop is to enhance your self-awareness, confidence, and insight into resources you already possess to help you in the transition to university life. We'll use storytelling as a method to both self-reflect and build relationships with one another.

The workshop facilitator will introduce tools designed to uncover and better understand your strengths and values. Through discussion and sharing ideas with your peers, you will deepen your self-knowledge, learning how to apply your unique personality strengths to the University journey, and how to appreciate and lean into one another's strengths as a supportive peer network.

Venue on campus depends on which session time you choose. This will be communicated to you!
