Business for Good: Success Works Inaugural Celebration is an evening dedicated to recognising the achievements of Success Works and the vital partnerships that make this work possible. This event will:

Celebrate the milestones and impact of Success Works to date.

Acknowledge and thank employer and community partners for their support.

Share powerful lived experience stories highlighting the challenges and triumphs of women with a criminal record.

Inspire greater collaboration across sectors to reduce barriers to employment, reform discriminatory practices, and expand opportunities for women to thrive.

Guests will hear from thought leaders, employer advocates, and women with lived experience, before enjoying an evening of networking, drinks, and canapés in the inspiring setting of the Ethics Centre.

6.00: Welcome to Business for Good: Success Works Inaugural Celebration

6.15-7.30: Join us to engage with thought leaders in: criminology; lived experience of the criminal legal system; employer collaborators; and visionaries of social enterprise:

• Professor Eileen Baldry AO. Eileen is a Professor Emerita of Criminology at the University of NSW and renowned criminologist and passionate social justice, diversity and equity advocate.

• Natascha Consigli, Employment & Training Program Coordinator Success Works and advocate for women who have experienced the criminal legal system.

• Patrick Manley, Co-Founder and CEO, Cercle, the circular packaging system and advocate providing employment opportunities for Success Works candidates.

• Shaun Christie-David - Founder & CEO, Plate it Forward Hospitality Group and a radical restaurateur who’s started a movement.

7.30–8pm: Networking, Canapes & lucky door prize draw!
