Description

Every organisation faces transitions, but few plan for them well. Whether it's a long-serving director moving on, a key volunteer stepping back, or a shift in leadership structure, succession planning is one of the most important (and most overlooked) investments a cultural organisation can make.

Join AMaGA Victoria's Programs and Professional Development Manager Michelle Fracaro and freelance arts consultant Andrew Hiskens for a practical and honest two-hour session exploring why succession planning matters, what gets in the way, and how to start building it into your organisation's culture, before you need it.

During the session, participants will be guided through a number of exercises to help initiate their succession planning journey.
