take some time to celebrate you, taking note of all the things that bring you purpose and joy 

nurture yourself in community with other women and children as we guide you through rituals, practices, and self-expression

our time together includes:

- sound

- grounding practice 

- breathing exercise 

- gentle movement 

- intention setting 

- journalling 

- crafting 

- herbal tea and seasonal snacks 

- guided meditation 

- rest 

open to women and children of all ages
