Join us as we cultivate health and presence by slowing down and connecting to our vital pathways with the timeless practice of Qi Gong, followed by a Tea Ceremony and compassionately and courageously closed with a zero pressure Sharing Circle.
The rhythms of our lives are fast and the pressure is intensifying to pay the bills etc whilst trying to find a moment to feel the immensity of what it is to be a human alive on the planet right now. I believe now more than ever we need to return to practices that encourage us to connect to our breath, slow down and remember our inherent beauty.
It is an honour to share these forms and I pay my respects to all of the elders and ancestors of these lineages and to the Wiradjuri peoples upon whose land we will gather.
